This portal enables you to download and print a variety of achievement test reports from the current and previous years. You can also enter raw scores online at a discounted rate compared to using the paper Raw Scores Form.
This free non-expiring subscription also entitles one private school to limited use of the Catforms School Records program.
After purchase, we will email you with a request for setup information. After setup is complete, we will email you with a username, password, and instructions to access www.catformsrecords.com.
